Shipping Policies

1. Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer the following shipping options:
  - Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  - Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  - Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

3. Local Delivery:
- Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within a 20-mile radius of our warehouse. For orders under $50, we charge a $5 delivery fee.
- Deliveries are made from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

4. In-store Pickup:
- You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1-2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

5. International Shipping:
- We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Our store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

6. Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

7. Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
- Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address when possible to avoid any delays.

8. Shipping Delays:
- Due to COVID-19, there may be delays in shipping. We will keep you updated if there are any significant delays with your order.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages:
- We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
